The Victor Valley consist of 5 incorporated towns and has 15 unincorporated communities in the San Bernardino County. Started by a Mr Victor a rail road engineer in the 1800s. As part of the Inland Empire, the Victor Valley is the largest populated area between the City of San Bernardino and Las Vegas.
